This year is the year of skincare i must admit since my last birthday i've been very careful about what to put on my skin. As per usual only cleansing-toner-moisturizer-sunscreen(AM).
About my skin : veeeery acne prone, sensitive, combination, dull. << those are my current concern, who knows it'll add on for years to come (sad) i hoooope not of course.
After reading some master post on /reddit i realize how complicated Asian skincare routine really is for their 10-15steps. And i long know i never found a single HG western skincare. They clogged my pores really bad the last time i experimented :((
First to try is essence. One at a time, yes this kine could never endure two new products at a same time.. consifering how sensitive she is to poligamy(lol). As a toner user at first i hesitate to try this so-called essence and kept on thinking 'do i really need one'. After so much thought and research i decide to YES i welcoming the 10stepz to my life and essence have more rich substance in it for specific concern as for me dullness and anti-aging (gurrrllll you rlly should start early on anti-aging skincare, trust me and my mom lol).
I found this one : CosRX Galactinomyces 95 Whitening Power Essence.
As for beginner this is my thought. Im not looking for something heavy as my skin is combo, the oily part is so shiny i really wont add to that. This particular one, does not make my skin any 'more' shiny, this actually mattifying them a little bit(amazed)
Formula-wise this one is not as runny as water, it have that stickiness to them (enough to prove me this is more that just a "toner"kind of essence) and when i apply it to my skin it just fast absorbing. Leave a little stickiness to my skin for 30-60seconds before i follow with my moisturizer and eye cream. After that i followed with my usual makeup routine. At the end of the day, my make up stay intact with some oiliness to my T-zone as per usual.
Im going to give this 4/5 score. As i only been trying this for a week. Need more time to confirm its HG-ness.
